I am vehemently against drugs and alcohol, this is because I have seen the damage that they can do first hand.
I know what it is like to come home and wonder, “is today going to be a alcohol free day”, wondering why this happened to our family and wonder where is the person that I once knew….
I was and am glad of the friends around me that supported and still support me through.
In my opinion, mankind should never have found out about drugs and alcohol due to all the damage it does, I mean falling out of a nightclub on a Friday night is not much fun and I should imagine the same applies for being off your head on drugs.
I can understand the bad things of drugs, but there is also all the medication we now take to help us fight off all sorts of infections and issues.
Some “drugs” are meant to relieve pains and issues, and some are very strong. Its a shame that people have abused the power of natures cures into madness with a supposive joy (that most people taking don’t even remember) but to disregard or regret any drugs ever discovered… that I disagree with.
Its all about how you use something, not how people abuse something. Moderation – its a strange thing but something thats activly required.
