I dont really know what it is lately that’s prompted me to start baking again, but after about six or seven years maybe more, ive dusted off my cookbook and have been trying my hand at things again, this time round i would love to try my hand at jam making just to see if i can do it, just for the fun of it……wonders if anybody has a huge pan i can borrow…….
